Butch McCarthy
Featured Artist, December 2020 - Butch has dabbled between music and art since he was a boy. It was not until he retired that he found the time to get serious and open his own studio. Since 2017, Butch has painted over 500 pieces and sold over 150.

Jennifer Moore
Featured Artist, January 2021 - Jennifer Moore holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture and a minor in Psychology from Lyme Academy of Fine Arts in Old Lyme, CT (a college of the University of New Haven). She received her Associates in Fine Art in 2013 at Bristol Community College in Fall River, MA.

Jay Ryan
Featured Artist, May 2021 - MaiatoFitz Art Gallery & Studio is excited to present Jay Ryan our Featured Artist throughout May.
Jay has had several local exhibits over the last few years at the Marion Art Center, Gallery X New Bedford and the Museum of Fine Art in Boston. While his work is well-know in the community, he also gives back as an instructor.

Heather Cronin grew up on Nantucket Island, with the moving colors and patterns of the wind and the sea. This immersion in this unique natural environment is an ever-present inspiration for her artistic process as well as her reflective delving and feeling of the contrasting experiences of living.

Eileen Riley
Featured Artist, December 2021 - Eileen Riley is a life-long student of the arts. Growing up in rural, Westport, Massachusetts, Eileen's backyard became her inspiration. The ocean, wooded retreats, farmland, and suburbia acted as a springboard for her past and current work. From an early age she wanted to become an artist and took advanced art classes at the local university when she was twelve. This gave her the confidence she needed to succeed in her dream.

Featured Artist, January 2022 - Mary Jodoin and William D. Jordan, III are photographers whose art is sometimes shot with an iPhone and then digitally enhanced to and manipulated.
Taylor Hickey
Featured Artist, February 2022 - Taylor Hickey is a printmaker, bookmaker, and sculptor working out of New Bedford, Massachusetts. Born in Southeast Texas, Taylor earned her BA in Drawing and Printmaking from McNeese State University in Louisiana. She went on to earn an MFA in Printmaking from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in 2021, developing a body of work which pays homage to the human endeavor to understand the universe at large.
